"Hrudaya Vaishalya," a soon-to-be-launched cardiac care initiative (pilot project), would send Cardiologists at Doorsteps (CAD) to primary and community health centers in the Dakshina Kannada district to treat patients with cardiac conditions.

ECG machines and other ancillary equipment are provided to PHCs in rural locations by CAD, which was founded to deliver healthcare. On Wednesday, the general public can get an ECG at one PHC chosen by the administration.

For the programs success, a team has been assembled. If a medical officer notices a problem with a patient, they will recommend them to a hospital and even monitor the situation.

Dr. Padmanabh Kamath, the founder of CAD, stated that Karnataka might be the only state where PHCs and health and wellness institutes have ECG machines with telemedicine capabilities.

The projects district nodal officer Dr. Jagadeesh and District Health Office (DHO) Dr. Kishore Kumar, said that the program would emphasize raising awareness of cardiac care.
